Dear Sir,
I had bought an item on ebay and the seller had shipped it thru China Post and I was given a tracking no. RG888117431CN for tracking the item.
I had used the online tracking service to track the item and the status shows that it was delivered, but I did not receive the package . i had check with the seller and he insist that the tracking no. given to me is correct. I need your help to verify the name and address on the packet in order to raise the issue with the seller. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RG888117431CN was delivered by Singapore Post on Sep 19. Singapore post website also shows the parcel was collected by someone in POSRC.

if you did not get the parcel, you should contact Singapore Post and ask them who collected the parcel.

I had already contacted Singapore Post and their reply was the parcel was not address to me, but did not reveal who it was address to. The seller had claimed that the parcel was address to me, but did not provide any proof. I am suspecting the seller had given more than one buyer the same tracking no.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RM925572998CN is invalid. Your seller has not shipped the goods yet. If you just got this number, wait one week and track again.

P000020954936 is not china post tracking number. We don't have any information about this parcel.
