Still there's no update it's been 20 days....after it said sent item abroad..I'm facing this issues for the first time...I'm worried cos it's the first time I ordered an electronic item and it's taking so long

1. Parcel from Malaysia to India can take from 6 to 14 working days to arrive. You need to understand that this time of year is the busiest time for all Post Office in the World, so mail is very slow.

2. Also when the parcel arrive in India, it will be India Post that will scan the parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel for any new movement.

My tracking number RQ114821825MY, it's 26th, it's showing details for 27th before only. Is it normal? Also in how many more days shall the shipment come to India? It's only $9.8, no customs. Place of delivery is Meerut, near new Delhi.

Please answer my queries.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php shows the parcel just shipped from Malaysia. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks.

My order was delivered to me by malaysia post on 22nd day from the order date in varanasi, india. No custom charge.
