Hello,

I would like to ask if the seller from aliexpress really shipped my item. There is no tracking information since September 24. I already made a dispute 4 days ago but the seller rejected and said that it was delayed because of national holiday. There still is no tracking information after 17 days.

I already checked different postal tracking sites and there's no information.

tracking number: RI591566998CN

thank you in advance.

The format of the number is correct; also, in China the first week of October (or thereabouts) is the National Days "Golden Week" holidays. Still, unless the item was out of stock and was going to take time to come in, I'd reopen the dispute if I didn't see tracking information start to show up within the next week or so.

My backage are very delayed ...

RJ541091282CN departed China 2015-07-10 == 93 days
RK287014902CN departed China 2015-08-12 == 71 days
RG198072418CN departed China 2015-08-01 == 60 days

According to http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php the longest time on record for Saudia Arabia is 51 days. Better file a dispute or chargeback on all three of these if it's something you purchased.

IIRC I've seen a few items bound for SA lately that just seemed to disappear. I wonder if there are problems with things making it through Customs right now -- new laws, stricter inspection procedures, or what have you.
