Im new here. I have ordered from ali express for first time and the order status says this:

I have lost my phone. Is this why they were not able to contact me and the package is going back? I'm worried.

1. Maybe what is inside the parcel was not allowed in India.

2. You will have to contact your seller to find out about your parcel.

It is 7" LCD screen. In fact, it came till my locality "ELECTRONIC CITY". And now its is going back. I have no clue.

1. It did not stay long into your locality so I think maybe there was possibly some duty/tax to pay and maybe was not able to deliver or contact you so the parcel departed to MUMBAI AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE.

2. You could possibly try a long shot in trying to go to your Post Office in your locality (ELECTRONIC CITY) and bring the tracking of your parcel and ask if they could not sent back the parcel to you.
