in d tracking page its showing that it has reached Xuzhou eastern min lu investment on 3 feb but still I have not received my parcel what is wrong why is the delivery taking sooooo long

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows your parcel was delivered by china post office in 徐州东区民富园揽投 on Feb 3. If you did not get the goods, go to that office and inquiry detail.

I'm sorry I'm not good at my Chinese so please let me know the phone number of that office who know to speak English please help it out
