2. If you have that number for more then 10 days, then your parcel was never receive by China Post. In other word your parcel was never mail. If you have that number for least then 10 days then you need to wait.

3. This is what I get when I track your parcel:

RG720800790CN has been sent to airline on Jan 8. There will be no update after sent to airline. Once the parcel arrives India, you will see india location in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php . this might take 2 to 4 weeks after sent to airline date.
