Post Help track my parcel - SAME STATUS

Can somebody help me track my parcel? it is showing the same status for the past 12 days. I am from Chennai, India. Do the post office call us once they receive the parcel or do we need to call them? Below are some of the tracking information. Kindly help

1. The parcel is in India, if India post deliver mail to you they should also deliver the parcel. But your parcel need to go through India Customs Office then it's given to India Post for delivery.

2. If you can just call India Post or go to an India Post Office to find out about your parcel. They might not be able to track your parcel into the India System.

1. I suspect you will not see anymore tracking for this parcel. The parcel will just be deliver by India Post, have you call them to find out about your parcel?

I am not sure which post office should I call? do you have any idea about the post office or the contact number located in Chennai, India? My other parcel statuses are also not promising. I have never received any parcel from AliExpress till date. Kindly help me.

2. Both parcel from Singapore are reported that they have arrive in India and I suspect the parcel from China also arrive in India. Unfortunately, I think India Post does not track the parcel from Singapore and definitely not the one from China.

3. Maybe what you could do, is go to a local India Post Office and try to talk to the supervisor there and ask him if he can through his India post system find your parcel from Singapore and even the one from China.

4. All your parcels has to go through India Customs Office, that might be the problem with all 3 parcels.

I am awaiting a parcel from DH Gate by epacket from China to UK

my tracking number is LX962863629CN

I am told by seller that it is in UK - however this was a while back and still not arrived

1. According to Royal Mail site your parcel is not in UK. You should contact seller and tell him the parcel is still in China and was not deliver. Depending on his answer, you should maybe open a dispute for your parcel and get your money back.

I have no update till now about my parcel. The last update is on 8-Aug-2016. The post office is not responding if I enquire. Please let me know what kind of post are these parcels. They asked if it is speed post.
