Can anybody help me to understand what is happened to this parcel,that is seems to be in Shangai since 28/10
VD781474966IT shipped via Poste Italiane from Italy to China

VD781474966IT has delivery problem. You should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel from China Post office in 大场 .
