I bought an item from an online shoppin site. The item was shipped and i was given a tracking number (RI685872101CN). the problem is when i try to track it, i cant find any.

Which online site? Pay attention to scams!
RI685872101CN seems invalid, if the seller shipped more than 10 days ago open a claim immediately (on the site or with your bank)

Lazada Malaysia. i received an email from lazada malaysia stating that my item was shipped on 5th january. up until today, still cant track it. I did email lazada customer service, they told me to wait until 2-5 feb.

I bought items from aliexpress website and they told me that the carrier will be china post and my item should arrive to my country in 20 day and more than 20 days now and i didn't receive it and even china post updates on te destination its not updating the last updates it was on 1/1/2016 which says " Leave the "Beijing airport" airlines "
and no updates tell today the 22/1/2016
that is my tracking number : RF147163154CN
please help me I need to know the new updates and when will I get my items.

your seller gave you misleading shipping advice. in new year holiday season, shipping time to your country might take 30 to 45 days.

Can I get any help with the new updates or why the china post website not updating on my items shipment and destination? its been a very long time on that and there should be at least new updates.

thay gave you a fake tracking number... they could have shipped as a standard packet so no tracking or they even have not shipped... beware from small sellers

your parcel left china on jan 1, i don't really know an estimated time of arrival in Australia but keep in mind the holidays high volume... btw you'll see a tracking update after customs inspection. keep the tracking under control and check your buyer protection expiration, remember to open a dispute before expiration if parcel has not arrived
