Hi, bought a parcel using EMS from China to Singapore. Parcel tracking number is LX362339287CN. It had been around 3 weeks and tracking status keep show that it is at departue customs. Can anyone advise whether it had been shipped out of China? Thanks!

LX362339287CN still in Shenzhen. It should have some problem to pass customs inspection. What is the item inside?

HBM170509X8D000111 It has been more than a month with no update. Is it lost and should I open a dispute.

LX365705064CN left Shenzhen on Jun 24. You should get it in 2 weeks.

Ok but I got an alert on the tracking system as

2017-06-27 10:34 Shenzhen back properly cast
2017-06-27 09:48 Shenzhen City, bantian Center Sales Department to arrange delivery, expected delivery by 23:59:00 (Messenger name: Wang Weiwu; phone: 28896993)
2017-06-24 15:26 Shenzhen customs clearance

What does this mean? Pls help

LX344141685CN Can you help me my parcel was delivered to a wrong address it seems because it says delivered but I have not received this item? I have contacted Royal Mail and they told me I need to contact China post because you have to contact them. Thanks

you can not contact China Post, only shipper can.

Royal Mail website show the parcel status as "SOUTH EASTERN PDO, DELIVERED". If this is not your address, you should open dispute to seller and claim refund.
