Hi,

I want to track my parcel with tracking number #RN836957957CN. It says KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO(Inb),Air,BANGALORE SUB FGN POST. Can you please tell help me in locating the parcel if it is Kolkata or Bangalore and who can I contact to get it at the earliest.

the parcel is in the hand of India Post. You can google India Post customer service phone number. They should know more detail about the parcel situation.

please tell me about current status about my parcel its tracking is not updated since a long time it stuck on edi recieved my tracking number is RU802922154CN

RU802922154CN is on the way to India. Now airline space is tight. You need wait about 2 to 6 weeks to get it in india. Once the parcel passes India customs, you will see India location status in http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php
