Thank you for your reply last time. I finally received my shipping information,
but it has been already weeks, and still no update shipping information.

Please let me know the estimate and average arrival time from China to Hong Kong as I can not find it in your page of "Estimate Arrival TIme". And whether the arrival time being more than 10 days is normal or not.

epacket to Hong Kong normally takes only one week. your parcel should be delayed.
