Post Emails for Complaint on Items Stuck in India

If your items are stuck in customs in India, you need to follow the following process.

1. Register complaints on India post website. Generally you will get response to complaint after 20-25 days only.
2. After registering complaint email to your foreign post office by looking at the contact email here http://foreignpostmumbai.blogspot.in/p/customer-care.html
3. If you don't get satisfactory resolution to your complaint send email to Public Grievance Division here pgsectiondop@gmail.com or lodge your public grievance here http://pgportal.gov.in/GrievanceNew.aspx
4. If still not get satisfactory resolution send email to the minister here ravis@sansad.nic.in
5. If still not get satisfactory resolution write to PMO public grievance cell (need to find out the url)
6. File RTI
7. File Investigation report with the postal department

So, if you get asked for CN08 mention this in the complaint and send an email to public grievance cell.

I hope this helps make our postal department more efficient. Please, don't hesitate to raise complaint otherwise the government will not listen. Also, share your experiences here only regarding any complaint redressal mechanism you have used and have worked.

escalate the dispute to ebay/aliexpress.

Dispute opened,
seller rejected bcz it is in destination country (customes). Extended protection 10more days.how to win dispute ?

I am not finding my parcel that has been sent to me by my university. It is studies in china according to tracking system. I am giving here consignment number. Please help me... EA27374267CN.
