Please help my track no RF812770847CN why it's showing electronic information only for more than a week?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows "Electronic Data Received". This means your seller only applied a tracking number but did not actually shipped anything yet. read following for detail:

Why does my tracking result show only one message “”electronic data received” ?

Can someone help...the seller gave me tracking no. RO135960292CN But I can't track it..should I wait? It has been 3 days now
