i have sent my documents to few universities in china, the tracking shows that my documents are delivered but when i ask universities ,they replied me that we have not received your documents. what is the reason?

The documents might have arrived University mail reception center, but not sent to the receiver(or receiver did not pickup the mail). Normally if your document is important, do not use airmail to send the documents. It is not reliable and easy to lost.

yes, 20 days ago the post tracking shows deliverd but still the university have not received.
