Hello, my package is still stuck and has not updated since October 24th. EA401002043CN This is my parcel number. Can someone please help me get some details about this package?

EA401002043CN should seriously delayed or lost. You need ask shipper file investigation with CHina Post EMS to locate the parcel.

Is there anyway that you can file an investigation on my behalf. I am getting extremely worried.

ONLY shipper can file the investigation. None else is allowed to do it for you.

Can I find out more details as to exactly what is going on? When I track it on here it says on route and on 17track it says that it has a dispatch number but the airline number doesn't show up. How long does it normally take to be put on a plane?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the EMS parcel EA401002043CN was shipped on Oct 24. Normally it should arrive Korea in 10 days. Your parcel has been 2 weeks without update, that is why I says it is serious delayed or lost.
