Post Departed export customs Dec.6, still on route?

Please help me. My parcel was recieved by the China Post Office 2017/11/30. On 2017/12/6 it departed export customs, Shanghai ems, at 11:03. Another similar item purchased from a different seller also on Ebay on the very same day arrived over a month ago. Tracking this parcel LX023354911CN says its "on Route" for over two months now. But where on route? Is it lost?What can i do? Thank you.

LX023354911CN was shipped on Dec 7. Normally it should arrive Israel within 30 days. You should open dispute for lost parcel.
