My shipment cp321813374cn left China 2months ago. Have not seen any tracking records after 8 Feb 2018. Can you please help?

cp321813374cn becomes surface parcel if it is over 2kgs weight. Surface parcel will take 3 to 6 months to reach destination.

The item weight should be less 2kg. How can i check if it is surface?
