http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel RP179329819CN was shipped on Feb 3. Normally such airmail parcel will arrive India in about 2 to 6 weeks.

China Post parcel will be delivered by India Post in your country. You can get official delivery status in India Post website http://www.indiapost.gov.in/vas/Pages/IndiaPostHome.aspx
