Post China registered postal to India not delivered

Hello Team,

My parcel not yet delivered and the tracking details are not updated in the website. The tracking id is RG720800790CN. Please do the needful, I need the product asap, or I must open a dispute and get it from somewhere

your parcel was just shipped on Jan 7. It is still waiting in airline warehouse. Normally parcel will wait 2 to 6 weeks to reach India. Once it arrives India, http://track-chinapost.com/start_indiapost.php will show india location.

Now the status showing is Transfer from office of exchange... What does that means? Is the customs procedure over?

Means it's leaving the international mail center and going to another place in India.

Is the customs procedure over?

Maybe. If the next location is a delivery post office then Customs is done with it and you will get your item soon. If the next status is something like "Awaiting presentation to Customs commissioner" then your item is being examined by Customs.

Now its showing send to customs and its been like 5 days, not update on tracking. Let me know whether I should open dispute.?
