Hello, could you please help me locate my parcel? The tracking number is RP116317757CN. It usually arrives within a week but there are no updates on where the parcel is. Does China post have a customer service number, email or live chat?

Korean Post website shows the parcel just arrived EASTSEOUL MAIL CENTER on Dec 13. You will get it very soon.
