Hi,
Shipping time to India is up to 51 days: http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php Sometimes the last trackable update is when the parcel is leaving Chinese airport. But if you are worried you can contact the seller so she/he call China Post. You can also contact India Post.

Hi .. finally the toll free number .. worked for me.. after tried 10 to 15 times :) , but they told that the item not yet reached india.
now i am in 7th week, Can anyone tell that when i will get the product.

guys.. anyone having the same experience ?

1. Please make sure you still have buyer's protection for the parcel. If by the end of the week you did not receive the parcel, you might want to open a dispute. As of today your parcel has been on the road for 48 days. Estimate arrival time for India: average: 21 days longest: 51 days.

2. You could also contact seller about your parcel not arriving in India.

3. May I suggest if you do open a dispute for your parcel to include in your dispute all contact you had with the seller.

1. With a tracking number somebody could help you out. Have you tried India Post. It you can not get anything on India Post, it means the parcel has not arrive yet.
