Hi I have shipped a mobile phone for repair to china.

2017-06-30 15:09:00.0 leaving Singapore
2017-06-30 20:22:00.0 Singapore export customs cleared
2017-07-04 08:52:29.0 Guangzhou 邮区center 局international parcel dept. import customs scan
2017-07-04 14:20:47.0 Guangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2017-07-05 16:22:06.0 arrive 清新县太和 Delivery Office delivery office
2017-07-05 16:22:15.0 清新县太和 Delivery Office attempt delivery

It has been on attempt delivery for a couple of days. May I know what is the hold up? Is the receiver not around to accept the package?

you should ask receiver go to china post office in 清新县太和 and pickup the parcel.

Hi thanks for your reply, may I know does the receiver need any proof to collect the parcel?
