Please...i need help with my parcel...

I have a parcel coming from china whose tracking no.is RK376528436CN. This parcel is stuck at Kolkata Foriegn LCAO since 08-01-2016.... it is quite wierd and unusual because it should not take more than 4 days for parcel to reach customs in delhi..i.e.CED...i have ordered a lot of parcels in the past from aliexpress but it has never took so long to reach delhi customs from kolkata...is this delay due to republic day coming in few days or is it something else...so if anyone knows or have the same problem as i have please reply to my post...i will appreciate it...

I have sent a parcel to india on 9th December 2015 with tracking Id CP308846157CN and last update was on 17th Dec. Please help me to track the parcel because it shows its in transit from last one month.

Parcel sent from china on 9th december 2015 edi received hongkong air mail center next destination is foreign post office mumbai tracking id CP308846157CN there is no update from 17th december it just shows edi received next post is foreign post office mumbai. I called indain post office and foreign post office mumbai they said havnt received your parcel ye. Can you please tell me where is my parcel.
