RG024116578CN is in Kalkota customs. We really don't know how long they can clearly. I hope someone who is in Kalkota can give some useful information for you.

Hi,

I have two orders RJ142968345CN this is stuck in Export Customs Scan since the last 21 days and RI025241705CN is stuck since over 15 days. they are phone cases and do not have battery. please tell their status.

My parcel was sent from Beijing on 2nd August with tracking number RI102186455CN and it's been 45 days with the same status. Can someone please help me? I m not sure what to do?
It never takes so long for delivery, I guess Indian post has lost the parcel.

Hi... My parcel with tracking ID RJ058095792CN is stuck at Kolkata airport.. also this has been 30 days.. Please help me. I live in Karnataka and dont know how to collect. Its value is just $9.
Also, i dont know how to see the indian tracking number, please help me.. awaiting a speedy reply

Also, shouldnt some one from customs call and inform the person about their parcel.

RJ058095792CN is the tracking number for both Indian Post and China Post. You should contact following officer :

you should contact India Customs who controls the parcel now. China Post has no authority on this parcel at this moment.
