This is an announcement.

For unknown reasons, many parcels that require customs check have been waiting and kept on hold at kolkatta customs house since republic day probably due to security reasons.

If you see your item not moving on the below site
http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/

then contact following officer for information

Meanwhile, some shipments have begun diverting to mumbai customs house. See if you can request the officer to transfer your shipment to mumbai for customs check which processes batches within 36 hours in and out.

you should contact India post who deliver China post parcel in India. your parcel is now in their hands.

you should contact India Post and India Customs. If they don't cooperate with you, you can not get the parcel.
