Yes open a dispute since it might be over 45 days. It might be lost but either way you will not get it if it is.

sir , i had ordered a few parts from AliExpress and till 23rd march 2018 its tracking perfect but after that no update till now (25 april 2018) both are registered airmail. the tracking numbers are below

RG799722969CN
RG801577091CN

please help me its very urgent parcels

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were sent to airline in March. They are waiting airline space to India. waiting time can take 2 to 6 weeks. you can not see new update until the parcel arrives India.

"They are waiting airline space to India" means ? does it reach India or still stuck in china ?in china.

I ordered two items from aliexpress with tracking numbers
RO454501111CN
RY947523194CN

Both show departed country of origin and seem stuck like that for 3weeks..Has it reached India/kolkota? Thanks
