hi,

this is Jeong living in Saudi Arabia.
I bought a bag from "bookmycase.club" website.
the website said my tracking number is LM590346165CN by China Post.
I got this number today.

but when I check this tracking number. it shows "No shipping record"
and "Parcel#LM590346165CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with !".

what is this? it is fake number?
normally, how long does it take to be possible to track with number provided reseller on your website?

if my reseller delivered my parcel to your staff and if the parcel is not registered on your database yet, in this case I can accept otherwise, this is serious situation.

LM590346165CN is fake number. Your seller did not ship you anything. You should be cautious of fraud.

I have asked to reseller. they said, it has been taken by china-post already on 3th, September and it has not been updated yet. I dont understand. is it true? normally how many days do it take to track my shipment on your website? can you check my tracking number again? LM590346165CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows your seller just shipped the parcel on Sep 10. you should wait about 2 to 3 weeks to get the goods.

I have one concern. I am supposed to have my vacation to another country from 27th, September.
when will my shipment be landing to Saudi?

what does it mean "Departure export customs"? and what is the next procedure?
please let me know.

you can not know exact arrival date. Estimate shipping time from china to saudi might take 2 to 6 weeks.

it is on the way from China to Saud. You can not know exact location at this moment.
