Post 60+ days parcel is still not in my country

Hello,

Should I just open dispute at this point? My parcel has been travelling for 60+ days, which never happened to me before.
Here is a tracking number: RN814007500CN

shipping time to Armenia might take up to 90 days. Your parcel is still in normal time frame. If your buyer protection is expiring, you can ask seller extend the protection or open dispute. Otherwise keep waiting.
