Delivery in India can take up to 50 days, you can allow some weeks waiting customs inspection 😉

I sent mail to Chennai Customs got reply from them 4hrs back

Sir,

This article has been detained by Customs for manual assessment. The reference number is 2X00X0/XX. Due to backlogs, the clearance is delayed. Clearance may take up to three more weeks.

What is the status of the parcel? Did you get your parcel?
What is the email ID with which you mailed the Madras Customs?
My parcel is stuck in the Madras customs since Jan 11th 2016.
