From 12 sept 2016, the tracking status is not updated.
It says, 2016-09-12 16:30:00 【China】Send item abroad (EDI-received),Air,KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE.

Could you please help me with the current status and location of my product?
Is it in India or still in China?
Any phone numbers where i can contact for enquiry?

Please help me with this.
