Post Where is my parcel?!

This is my second post asking for my parcel. You said that I have to wait, but already pass more than six weeks and the tracking service only said "January 02 left Shangai Pudong airport"... I live in Mexico, my tracking number is LX246463795CN, please tell me where is my package.

your parcel was shipped in early Jan which is a bad time for shipment. Many parcel shipped in that time are still in warehouse waiting for processing. Good news is parcel shipped in Dec just arrived destination. So you will get your parcel this month.

Hi, how can I get my parcel, it was shipped 15/11/2016 from china it has arrive in Johannesburg custom, my tacking number is RH357872683CN.

your parcel is in the hand of South Africa post, you can contact them for delivery detail.
