I need information on sending a package with 3 spinners from Ronaldinho to Guatemala, no tracking information and it has been more than 8 weeks my follow code is # WSEUA0000000066YQ I´m from Guatemala and I realy need my package

The package is probably lost, try opening a dispute on where you bought them, sorry :(

Hello admin. Can you kindly telll me the status of this tracking number. It seems that i havent recieved my parcel. The number is as follows

Hey guys. I have the following tracking number RS729047670CN.
This is my first purchase to China, and the tracking page shows it left Beijing airport on 23/07 and have no further info.

Is this usual? When should I start to worry?

parcel status will not change after it left china. This is normal. Shipping time to Peru might take 40 to 60 days. If you can not get it by early Sept, open dispute to seller.

Hey guys,
The Tracking No. CP349664848CN From China to Australia
The parcel was received by Guangzhou Post Center on July 10 , last tracking activity was on July 18 – Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared . It has been “On Route” to Australia ever since.

That was 15 days ago .

Base on past experience this package would have been delivered here by now , normally 5 days of the Departure Export Customs scan . So it seems like something is wrong. Can you check this for me to see the parcel arrival date .

CP****CN can be surface parcel if it weights over 2 kg. In that case, it might take up to half year to reach Australia.
