it has not been updated since it left customs RM743989405CN , it past delivery dates. i checked my local customs and nothing about this tracking number was found whatsoever.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RM743989405CN left china on Feb 8. normally it will arrive USA in 2 to 4 weeks and anther 2 weeks from USA mainland to PR. You can not know exact location at this moment because USPS does not scan and update the status for China post.
