Hi. Where is my package? I do not receive it and there are no updates from December 4, 2018. The number is RY428224260CN. Its to Colombia. Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RY428224260CN was sent to airline on Dec 6.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. The register airmail is slow to Colombia. It will keep transit through many middle airports and countries for 2 to 8 weeks and another 2 to 3 weeks import customs processing in Colombia. The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 4 to 12 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Colombia Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

So you no need do anything, just wait some more time.

Hi. Now is 10 weeks since I order my package and I paid buy I dont receive my package. My Order # is RY428224260CN. Please, tell me where is my package and When i will receive it.

Colombia Post(4-72) website shows the parcel just arrived CTP.CENTRO A, Su envio se encuentra en ruta de transito.

Please contact your local 4-72 office to pickup the parcel.
