I bought my product on July, 24th and it has not arrived yet. When I enter the tracking number RO280893778CN, it appears no information about it. I need to know the parcel status asap. Could you please help me with this?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RO280893778CN shows the number is invalid. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. You are scammed!!

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.
