Hello, I'm from Chile and I want to know where is my package. Some time ago the estimated date on which the order should have arrived was fulfilled. Upon entering the page it has been appearing "en route" for several weeks and no other information. I would like to know what I can do with the deadline and where is my order

RO287223313CN was sent to airline on Jun 30.

After sent to airline, China post will lost control of the parcel, you can not see new status during the transit period from China to Chile. Such no information period can take 4 to 10 weeks. You need wait some more time.
