I need to know about my purchases, the shipping of
my order is delayed

The shipping codes are

1) RN436588765CN
2) RM988009307CN
3) RN845705846CN

and every time I check it out in you page there has been no movement.

I’ll be waiting for your answer.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows all your 3 parcels are on the way to Argentina.

Now we just finished 2 weeks long Chinese New Year holiday. Your parcels should be delayed by the holiday. You need wait another 4 to 8 weeks to get these parcels.

You ask me to wait 4 to 8 weeks more, that is to say 1 or 2 more months. This is much more than 15 or 20 days.
Who is responsible for this breach of contract?

Your seller should not give you 15 to 20 days shipment promise. if you paid with aliexpress and paypal, you need open dispute for compensation.

I still have no update of my order too. It’s almost two months since I’ve ordered and paid. In the time of payment and giving the order, I was told that I’ll receive my package after a month or a few more days later than a month. But till today I’ve no update. Can you please get back to me? Here my order. RP150266689CN
Also, I’m leaving for vacation this month 20th. I really need my package before that.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP150266689CN shows the parcel sent to airline company on Jan 18.

Sent to airline does not mean you will get the parcel very soon. It will keep waiting 5 to 10 days in airline warehouse waiting flight space and another 1 to 4 weeks import customs processing in destination country(speed depending on country). The status will stuck at "sent to airline" during this 2 to 8 weeks period.

Once it passes import customs clearance, Maldive Post will scan and update its new location for China Post database and you will see new status.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
