Hi, i need help with this package: 06582227223 it says "2017-09-25 23:40:22.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ，next station Guangzhou center" that was the last update, the country destination is Colombia, South America, please, i want to know what´s happening

this kind of 11 digit number is china post ordinary parcel. This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

so... i will not know nothing until it arrives , yes? but, if it gets lost, and, as you said, will take several days, how can i open a dispute?

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you can contact customer service to open dispute for lost parcel refund.
