Should have already arrived in Panama. You should check with your nearest post office (Correos Panamá) to find out where your parcel is and how you can get it.

Correos Panamá should, yes. But it's been a few days since the parcel reached Panamá, and you haven't gotten it yet, so it might be a good idea to contact them to make sure there isn't any problem with delivery.
