I would like to know why my package has not left China if the shipping process started more than three weeks ago.

RU026013576CN should have left china on April 1st. You can not see new status until its next scan in Colombia. this no update period can take 4 to 8 weeks. you need some patient.

I thought I had not left China because the status shows me that the package is going to Jinghang, not to Colombia as in other courier services

jinghang is beijing airport terminal 1. this is the last location your parcel in China. After parcel left china, the parcel tracking result will freeze at its last china location for long time. It does not mean your parcel is still in China, just because new status has not been updated.

you will see next status after parcel travelling through many countries and finally arrives Colombia. this might take 4 to 8 weeks.
