Gentlemen, I need to make a complaint.

My supplier had to deliver some products to Peru (My country)
But has sent them to Mexico and, according to the postal service of Mexico, has received another person in one of its states. I have no response from my provider. The destination country was Peru, according to my purchase order. What should I do?

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you can simply open dispute for non-arrival order and claim refund.
