Need info on local delivery, says it arrived at Mexico City 17 days ago (30 days since the order) and there is no further info, please help!!

As soon as your parcel has arrived in the your country, u should immediately track it on the destination postal service, in your case, Mexico Post. The responsibility for the delivery lies with mexico post. Chinapost has nothing more to do with your parcel.

I already tried on the global delivery section but when I put the number there is no info, where else could I check?
