Hi, thanks for your help, has not been delivered to his company bought by my order alicexpress ???

two days ago, I alicexpress sent a confirmation email telling me my order had already been sent to me, I was told this:

Hi and Thanks for all your anwers. When you say "RI001515501CO has been rejected by China Post Chengdu office on May 4th" , what it means ?? I went to 472 in Colombia to place a Claim for this package. I really need to know where is the package right now, Nobody so far has been able to locate this pakcage. Please help me

your parcel is on the way returning to Colombia. You can not know the exact location. they don't update the location everyday.
