Hi, my parcel with tracking number: RH080154238GB has still not been delivered.
Tracking showed it arrived in Beijing (from UK) on 11th September; it arrived in Guangzhou on 21st September and then has various tracking activity - the last being on 13th November.
What is going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php was rejected by destination post office in Guangzhou. Not sure the reason. It is now on the way back to UK.

Also, do you know why it was rejected? It had cleared customs. The narrative says remark (21,31). Do you know what this means?

The parcel stayed in destination office for one month and then be rejected. Normally this means the receiver is not in destination address or receiver does not want accept the parcel.
