it is normal. your parcel is now outside china, you can not see new status after parcel left china because none will scan and update the parcel status.

you got ripoff. I have the same problem. The package then return to Shanghai where it was originally mail. A round-trip package mail to themselves just to show you the postal receipt. My case was newportpleasurecigarettes.com, on-line scam cigarettes store

I'm having the same problem with Guangzhou Transit Station.
The last update shows "Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared", 2016-04-01. This is over a month ago. How do I find out if my package is on the way or lost.

1. The last tracking I could find for you is the:
2016-04-01 11:53,"Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou" has been exported,

Which means your parcel departed China for Canada.

2. Please have a look at this for Canada:
China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time

3. Also note that there is a 5 to 6 weeks before parcels get delivered in Canada. This is due to Canadian Customs Offices.

1. To me according to the above tracking your parcel is fine. May is suggest your read this for your country Chile:

2. Possibly you will be able to tracking your parcel when the Chile Post scan your parcel.

Hi there! I have a package there since july 2016. How can i contact with the office? The seller didn't come to pick up the package....i have paid for that....and if its possible to have it back to cyprus again instead of been there.
