Post Package abandoned at Mexico customs

A package was sent over two months now, and finally arrived almost 3 weeks ago to Mexico. However, it has been abandoned for 3 weeks prior to customs

How can you rescue it so it can go through customs and it is handed to local postal service?

LX715391620CN is controlled by Mexico Post after March 5. You need contact Mexico Post(correos de mexico) for delivery detail. If Correos de Mexico can not find the parcel, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

It is not delivered to customs or to the local service. It is still - according to the tracking information and the local post service - in the zone prior to customs. It is the carrier that imported the parcel the responsible to declare it to customs, that is epacket
