Post One and half months passed without receiving my parcel

Hello all,

I made an order through DudesGadgets by the end of Novembre 2017 and they provided me tracking number (LX040779071CN) few days after having placed the order. Nevertheless, seems that the parcel is stuck somewhere! Last tracking update goes back to the far 2017/12/13 9:49
BTW - final destination of the parcel is Italy
Could anyone help me with this issue?

LX040779071CN is delayed in Shanghai airport. you probably need wait another one or two more weeks.

But is it normal to have such long delay? it is been 6 weeks in that same situation?
what could be the delay reason?

For parcels shipped in Nov and Dec, such delay is quite normal. Too many parcels were shipped during Nov and Dec, airline has not enough space to ship them in short time. You need wait another 1 to 2 weeks.
