I bought something on October, and the shipping doesn't update till October 30.
The Parcel No. is RY540684050CN

2017-10-26 20:14:21.0 shipping notice received from seller(速卖通平台)
2017-10-29 20:09:26.0 江苏Nanjing shipping center received
2017-10-29 20:21:53.0 江苏Nanjing shipping center customs scan
2017-10-29 20:34:57.0 已leaving 江苏Nanjing shipping center ，next station center
2017-10-30 13:49:33.0 Nanjing export security scan
2017-10-30 13:49:33.0 Nanjing export security scan
2017-10-30 16:16:08.0 Nanjing center export customs scan (domestic transit )
2017-10-30 16:16:08.0 Nanjing Airport export customs scan (domestic transit )

When it will arrive to Argentina???

Parcel normally should arrive Argentina in 60 days. RY540684050CN should be seriously delayed in Nanjing. I suggest you ask seller extend buyer protection. If seller does not response, you should open dispute to aliexpress.
