Hi!!! I've been trying to track an order for the last days, the number is LX403894082CN
I just wanted to know why I can't track my order? thank you very much!!!!

you can not track it because your seller did not ship anything yet. Many sellers need about one week to prepare shipment. So if you just got the number ,wait one week and track again.

Thank you for your quick answer!!!! today my seller sent me this :

"Thank you very much for your order. We have received your order and we have processed it and sent the product to the shipping company to deliver it to your address. Sometimes they take more time to update the tracking info on the system but your order is moving. Please allow 15 business days for your backpack to be delivered to your address"

I'm jusst a little afraid that the store is real, it is an order from oftima.
